Cake Mix Christmas Cookies with M&Ms

Ingredients
- 1 box Cake Mix 15.25 oz
- ⅓ cup Canola oil
- 2 Eggs
- 1 ½ cups M&Ms red and green
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Add cake mix, ⅓ cup of canola oil, and 2 eggs to a large mixing bowl.
- Mix to incorporate the ingredients.
- Add 1 cup of M&Ms to the cookie mixture and stir to evenly distribute the candy. Save the rest of the M&Ms to top the cookies.
- Use a cookie scoop to drop dough balls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, a few inches apart.
- Bake the Christmas Cookies with M&Ms for 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Remove from oven and push a few M&Ms into each warm cookie. Then place cookies on a cooling rack to cool.

- Feel free to experiment with the M&M's. You can try other colors, mix-ins, and even holiday-themed sprinkles.
- Since most of the M&Ms in these cookies are mixed in, pushing a few M&Ms into the cookies as soon as they come out of the oven really helps them to pop and look festive.
