  • 1 bunch of celery around 8-9 stalks (preferably organic)

Instructions
 

  • Rinse the celery stalks thoroughly with lukewarm water, making sure to remove any dirt.
  • Chop the celery into small pieces that will fit easily into your juicer.
  • Run celery chunks through the juicer until smooth.
  • Strain the fresh celery juice through a mesh strainer or cheesecloth to remove any pulp.
  • Drink the celery juice immediately after juicing or within 30 minutes for best health benefits. Store any leftovers in the fridge for up to 12 hours.
