Spray the potatoes with cooking spray and sprinkle with salt.
Place the potatoes in the air fryer for 20 minutes.
Remove from the air fryer cut each potato open on top. .
Add ½ cup of cooked chili and ¼ cup of shredded cheese to each potato.
Return the potatoes to the air fryer for 2 more minutes.
Remove from oven and top with chopped green onions and salt and pepper to taste.
