10 oz Ghirardelli's milk chocolate melting wafers 3 tablespoons fall sprinkles 7 pretzel sticks 7 strawberries
Melt chocolate for two minutes on defrost mode. Stir. Melt for another minute on defrost mode and stir till melted.
Wash and remove tops of strawberries. Dry strawberries with kitchen towel. Dip in chocolate. Place on parchment paper. Let dry.
Reheat chocolate for one minute on defrost mode. Dip tops of strawberries into the chocolate then drizzle fall sprinkles on top.
Carefully add pretzel to the top by breaking on in half and slowly screwing with pressure into the top of the strawberry/chocolate.
Strawberries are ready to serve.
Make sure your strawberries are completely dry before dipping. If there’s any moisture, the chocolate won’t stick well and might slide right off.
Use the defrost setting on your microwave when melting chocolate. It melts more gently and helps prevent burning or seizing.
If your pretzel stick cracks when you try to push it in, trim the end flat with a knife first. It’ll go in a lot easier with less pressure.
