Preheat your oven to 375°F.
Lightly grease a small baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
In a mixing bowl, combine oats, cocoa powder, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, milk, and one tablespoon of peanut butter until well blended.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
Bake for 20 minutes. Then, place an additional tablespoon of peanut butter in the center of the oats and return the dish to the oven. Bake for another 3-5 minutes, or until the peanut butter has melted.
Serve warm or let it cool to room temperature before enjoying.
