  • Whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and Dijon mustard in a small bowl.
  • Pour sauce over pork in slow cooker.
  • Cook on low for 4-5 hours until tender.
  • Slice pork and serve topped with cooking juices and green onion
