- Green jumbo popsicle sticks
- Various sized pom poms
- Googly eyes
- Hot glue or craft glue
Glue a larger pom pom to one end of a green popsicle stick. This large pom pom will form the center of the flower.
Next, glue some smaller pom poms around the center one to form the petals, making sure to press firmly so they stick well.
Make bookmarks extra fun by gluing on some googly eyes to the center pom pom. After the glue dries, they’ll be ready for you to use and enjoy!
- Encourage children to mix and match pom-pom sizes and colors to create various flower designs and patterns.
- Feel free to jazz up this craft with glitter, funky stickers, or shiny sequins to add some extra pizzazz and personality!
- When making these as a gift, kids can write their names and a message on the back of the stick using a fine-tipped black marker.
Supervise children when doing this activity. Hot glue should only be used by an adult.
