Fluffy Chocolate Birthday Slime

Looking for a fun, hands-on activity for the kids? Make Fluffy Chocolate Birthday Slime! It’s super fluffy, smells like chocolate cake (not edible!), and doubles as a great birthday party favor.

Materials

  • 1 cup of white school glue
  • 1 tablespoon of baking soda
  • 2 tablespoons of contact lens solution
  • ½ cup of shaving cream
  • 2-3 drops of brown food coloring adjust for your desired "chocolate" look
  • 1 teaspoon of chocolate-scented fragrance oil optional, for the amazing smell
  • Mixing bowl and spoon

Instructions

  • Pour the white school glue into a mixing bowl.
  • Add the baking soda and mix well.
  • Stir in the shaving cream until the mixture becomes fluffy.
  • Add a few drops of brown food coloring and mix until evenly incorporated.
  • If desired, add the chocolate-scented fragrance oil for that irresistible "chocolate cake" aroma.
  • Slowly add the contact lens solution, mixing as you go. The slime will begin to form.
  • Knead the slime with your hands until it reaches the perfect stretchy, non-sticky consistency.

Notes

  • Keep an eye on little ones while they’re making or playing with slime - it’s fun, but not snack time 
  • Stick to smooth, covered surfaces for slime play. Trust us... carpet and slime are not best friends!
  • Pop your slime in an airtight container when you're done to keep it stretchy and fresh longer
