Ingredients
  

  • 1 english muffin
  • 1 sausage patty
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cheddar cheese slice
  • teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon pepper

Instructions
 

  • Heat skillet on medium. Cook sausage patty for 8 minutes until fully done. Set aside.
  • Toast English muffin until golden brown.
  • Turn heat to low. Use an egg ring, crack the egg into it, and lightly whisk. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 1.5 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another minute.
  • Stack the sausage patty, cooked egg, and cheese on the toasted muffin. Serve warm!
