  • Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode. Once heated, add the olive oil and beef, breaking it into large chunks with a wooden spoon.
  • Season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring and gradually breaking the beef into smaller pieces, until fully cooked and no longer pink, approximately 5 minutes.
  • Remove the beef from the pot to drain excess grease.
  • Add the spaghetti to the pot.
  • Pour in ½ cup of water, followed by the jar of sauce.
  • Return the beef to the pot.
  • Cover and seal the lid.
  • Set to manual mode for 8 minutes.
  • Perform a quick release.
  • Finish by topping with shredded mozzarella cheese.
