  • Microwave peanut butter for 10-15 seconds to soften it a bit.
  • Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until thoroughly combined.
  • Roll into 1 ½ -2 inch balls.
  • Place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Store in refrigerator for up to a week.
