  • In a medium bowl, mix together butter and peanut butter until smooth.
  • Add graham cracker crumbs and ½ cup powdered sugar. Mix until combined.
  • Chill dough in the fridge for 1 hour to firm up.
  • Scoop dough using a tablespoon, roll into balls.
  • Roll each ball in powdered sugar and place in mini cupcake liners.
  • Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 7 days.

Notes

  • Chilling the dough helps the balls stay firm and easier to roll - don’t skip it.
  • If the dough feels a little too sticky, just mix in a bit more graham cracker crumbs.
  • You can freeze these! Place them on a tray to freeze first, then move to a freezer bag.
