These easy pizza biscuits are a fun, kid-friendly twist on classic pizza. They are made with biscuit dough and gooey cheese. Perfect for a quick meal or snack, they come together in minutes and disappear even faster!
Preheat oven to 350°F and bake the biscuits as directed on the package.
Once cooked, allow the biscuits to cool slightly, then cut them in half.
Spread marinara sauce on the bottom half of each biscuit.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce. Add any optional toppings.
Cover with the top half of the biscuit and place back on the baking sheet. Cover with foil.
Bake for an additional 8–10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
