  • Slice pork tenderloin into cubes or strips.
  • Turn on the instant pot and select the sauté function. Pour olive oil or vegetable oil into the Instant Pot. Place the minced garlic in the pot. Place the pork in the Instant Pot and add salt and brown sugar. Mix to combine.
  • Saute the pork for about 5 minutes or until it is brown on all sides.
  • Add beef broth to the pork and seal the instant pot.
  • Select the manual setting and set the timer for 40 minutes.
  • It will take about ten minutes before the timer starts to count down.
  • When the timer beeps, quick release the steam.
  • Using a serving spoon, shred the pork. It should be very tender and want to fall apart.
  • Add the cup of salsa and envelope of taco seasoning and stir.
  • Place the lid on the instant pot and allow the tacos to rest for about 5 minutes.
  • Serve on street taco shells or over nachos.
