  • 4 Grilled Chicken Breasts
  • 1 lb Farfalle pasta use any variety
  • ¾ oz Tortilla strips
  • 3 tablespoons ranch dressing
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Boil 16 oz of pasta according to package directions. Drain and return to pot.
  • Add three tablespoons of butter to the pasta and stir to evenly coat it.
  • Spray cooking spray on a casserole dish.
  • After draining the pasta, add half of it to the bottom of the casserole dish.
  • Top with half of the chopped chicken and ¾ cup of shredded cheese.
  • Add another layer of pasta and add the remainder of the chopped chicken.
  • Top off with the remaining ¾ cup of shredded cheese.
  • Bake at 350 for 20 minutes until the cheese has melted and the meal is cooked through.
  • When it comes out of the oven add some tortilla strips and 3 tablespoons of ranch dressing to the top.
