Preheat oven 325 degrees.
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder & salt. Set aside.
In a stand mixer, combine brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, milk, & butter.
Slowly combine the dry & wet ingredients. Then add the chocolate chips.
Pour cookie batter into a medium sized cast iron skillet. Bake for 35 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden brown.
