  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a stand mixer with paddle attachment, beat together room temperature butter and sugars on medium speed. Add in eggs and vanilla; mix well.
  • Add in flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
  • Add in oats and raisins and mix. Use a cookie scoop to drop dough on to parchment paper lined baking sheet. If you don't have a cookie scoop, you will be using tablespoon sized drops of dough
  • Bake for 10 minutes. Cool for a few minutes and remove to a cooling rack.
  • Cool completely and store in airtight container.
