  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In large bowl, combine cake mix, oil, and eggs until well mixed.
  • Using cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop dough onto prepared baking sheet, spacing 2 inches apart.
  • Bake 10-12 minutes until edges are light golden brown.
  • Cool on baking sheet 3-4 minutes, then transfer to wire rack.

Notes

  • Don’t overmix the dough. Once everything’s combined, just stop stirring. Mixing too much can make the cookies a little tough, and we’re going for soft and chewy here.
  • Use a cookie scoop if you have one! It helps make the cookies the same size so they bake evenly.
  • And give them a few minutes to cool on the pan before moving them. They’re super soft right out of the oven and can fall apart if you try to move them too soon.
