A delicious Weight Watchers Cinnamon Rolls Recipe that you can enjoy without the guilt. Made with a simple two-ingredient dough using self-rising flour and non-fat Greek yogurt, these rolls are both easy on the waistline and a breeze to whip up. At 5 points per roll, you can indulge while staying on track.
Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the yogurt and flour.
Mix the dough until it forms a slightly sticky ball. Lightly flour a flat surface and continue kneading the dough in the extra flour until it’s no longer sticky.
Roll the dough out to approximately a 12x9 inch rectangle.
In a small bowl, blend the brown sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle this mixture evenly over the dough. Roll the dough tightly to form a 12 inch log. Slice into 12 equal pieces.
Arrange the cut pieces on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
In a small bowl, mix the powdered sugar with a tablespoon of milk to create a glaze.
When the rolls come out of the oven and have cooled a little, but are still warm, drizzle the glaze on top.

Notes
When you’re rolling out the dough, aim for a consistent thickness so all your rolls bake evenly.
If the dough starts sticking, just sprinkle a little more flour on your work surface.
The glaze is totally optional if you’re trying to cut back on sugar, but it really does add a nice sweet finish!
