Valentine's Brownie Cake Pops

  • Pillsbury™ Chocolate Fudge Brownie mix - prepared and baked according to package directions
  • 1/2 cup Pillsbury™ Creamy Supreme® Chocolate Fudge Frosting
  • 2 cups pink candy melts
  • Valentine's sprinkles


  1. Bake the brownies according to directions on package.
  2. Allow the brownies to cool and crumble them into a large bowl.
  3. Add chocolate frosting and mix until thoroughly blended.
  4. Using your hands form the dough into 1 1/2 - 2 inch balls.
  5. Place brownie balls on a parchment lined baking pan and freeze for 1 hour.
  6. Remove from freezer and allow to rest for 10 minutes.
  7. Melt 1 cup of candy melts according to package directions.
  8. Dip one end of lollipop stick into melted candy melts and push into brownie ball. Allow to harden so the stick stays in place.
  9. Dip the brownie balls into the pink candy melts, making sure the entire ball is covered.
  10. Shake off the excess candy melt and shake on sprinkles while holding lollipop over a bowl.
  11. Repeat the process with another cup of melted candy melts until all the cake pops have been covered.
