Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour cheeses, butter, flour and salt into a food processor bowl. 

  2. Pulse in food processor until a dough ball forms. 

  3. Wrap the dough ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Cut out crackers using a small cookie cutter and place on greased cookie sheet.

  5. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes.
