Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 350°F. Use a fork to mash the ripe bananas in a large bowl. Add rolled oats and dried cranberries to the mashed banana.

Using a cookie scoop, scoop the mixture onto the lined baking sheet. Use the back of the scoop or the back of a fork to press down the cookies.
Bake the cookies for 15-20 minutes, until the cookies are golden and the edges are crispy.
Remove the cookies from the oven. Let them cool on the baking sheet for 5-10 minutes before moving them to a wire rack to cool completely.
