⭐Why This Recipe Works
- Just 3 ingredients! All you need are bananas, oats, and dried cranberries.
- These flour free snacks are a healthier option than most cookies.
- It is easy to customize the recipe. You can add nuts or chocolate chips.
- Simple ingredients - no eggs, dairy-free and gluten-free.
🥣Ingredient Notes
- Bananas - You will want to use ripe bananas for this recipe.
- Rolled oats - I prefer these to quick oats in these cookies because they produce a better texture.
- Dried cranberries - We just used Craisins. You can use raisins if you prefer.
📋Step by Step Instructions
Step 1: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 350°F.
Use a fork to mash the ripe bananas in a large bowl.
Step 2: Add rolled oats and dried cranberries to the mashed banana.
STEP 3: Stir until all of the ingredients are incorporated.
STEP 4: Using a cookie scoop, scoop the mixture onto the lined baking sheet.
STEP 5: Use the back of the scoop or the back of a fork to press down the cookies.
STEP 6: Bake the cookies for 15-20 minutes, until the cookies are golden and the edges are crispy.
STEP 7: Remove the cookies from the oven. Let them cool on the baking sheet for 5-10 minutes before moving them to a wire rack to cool completely.
These make great breakfast cookies, a dessert, or snacks when you need a pick-me-up.
