Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
Separate the biscuits from the tube and lay them out.
Using a 1-inch circular cookie cutter, remove the centers of each biscuit and set the holes aside.
Air fry the biscuits for 5 minutes or until they turn golden brown. Transfer the donuts to a plate.
In a medium bowl, mix together the cinnamon and sugar. Set aside.
Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Using a pastry brush, coat each donut with the melted butter.
Dip the buttered donuts into the cinnamon-sugar mixture until fully coated.
If you want powdered sugar covered donuts, follow the same steps, but dip in a bowl of confectioner's sugar.
To make donut holes, air fry the reserved centers for 5-7 minutes at 350°F, then coat them with sugar as described above.
Donuts are best served warm.
