  • Pre-heat air fryer to 390 degrees.
  • Lightly spray the chicken breasts with cooking spray & sprinkle with salt & pepper.
  • Place chicken in the air fryer for 20 minutes.
  • Remove from air fryer.
  • Add mozzarella cheese and a tomato slice to each chicken breast.
  • Place back in the air fryer for 3-5 minutes or until tomato has toasted.
  • Drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
  • Serve & enjoy.

  • Make sure the chicken breasts are not overcrowded in the air fryer. You want to give the chicken enough space to cook and maintain its crispness.
  • After you remove the chicken from the air fryer, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing. This gives the juices a chance to redistribute and keeps the chicken from being too dry.
