Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 8 count can of refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 4 slices cooked bacon
  • 4 eggs scrambled
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Unroll the crescents and separate into 8 triangles. Place ½ slice of American cheese, ½ piece of bacon and a spoonful of scrambled eggs into the middle of each crescent roll triangle.
  • Roll up the crescent rolls from the wider side to the point, careful to keep the contents inside. You may need to pinch some of the corners of the dough if the contents are spilling out.
  • Bake the rolls on a lightly greased cookie sheet for 18 minutes until lightly browned on top.

Notes

  • If the crescent roll dough is browning too quickly, you can place some aluminum foil on top for the remainder of the cooking time.
  • Use parchment paper to make cleanup easy and prevent sticking.
  •  Save time by cooking and crumbling the bacon the night before.
