Easy baked Brie and jam cups made with crisp phyllo shells, creamy Brie, fruit preserves, and almonds. This four-ingredient appetizer is perfect for holidays, parties, and last-minute entertaining.

15 Pre-made phyllo cups they come 15 per package 8 oz Wedge of Brie cheese ½ cup Jam or preserves favorite flavor ½ cup chopped/sliced almonds
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut Brie into small cubes. Remove the rind if desired.
Place one Brie cube into each phyllo cup.
Top each cup with ½ tablespoon of fruit spread.
Sprinkle with chopped almonds.
Bake for 10 minutes until the shells are lightly golden and the Brie is soft and melted.
Allow the cups to rest briefly before serving warm.
Thick jam or preserves work better than a runny fruit spread.
The Brie rind is edible and may be left on.
Substitute pecans or walnuts for the almonds.
For a nut-free appetizer, omit the nuts.
Assemble shortly before serving and refrigerate until ready to bake.
Reheat leftovers in the oven or toaster oven to help the phyllo become crisp again.
