Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Open the can of biscuits and cut each biscuit into 8 pieces. Place the biscuit pieces in the bottom of a greased 9x13 baking pan.
In a large bowl, mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour this over the biscuits.
Cook bacon and crumble when done. Sprinkle the cooked bacon over the biscuits.
Top with the shredded cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the biscuits are golden brown.
Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Keep an eye on the casserole near the end of the baking time. If it is getting too brown, cover the casserole dish with foil.
Allow canned biscuits to reach room temperature before using them. This will help them to rise more during baking.
