  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In a food processor bowl, combine the cheeses, butter, flour, and salt.
  • Process the ingredients in a food processor until a dough ball forms.
  • Wrap the dough ball with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • Roll out the dough using a rolling pin.
  • Cut out crackers using a small cookie cutter and place on greased cookie sheet.
  • Bake at 350°F for 10 to 15 minutes.
