Our Chicken Broccoli Rice Casserole is the perfect choice for an effortless weeknight meal! Perfectly seasoned chicken sits atop tender broccoli and a cheesy blend of rice and pasta.

  • Preheat oven to 375° add the chicken stock and cream of chicken to a 9x13 baking dish, whisk until it’s combined.
  • Add in both of the knorrs and whisk again making sure everything is coated and wet. Mix together the seasonings and season the chicken.
  • Pour in the chopped thawed broccoli on top of the rice mixture and stir all around. Season the chicken with all the seasonings, lay the seasoned chicken on top of everything.
  • Sprinkle the cheddar cheese all over top of everything and cover with tin foil, bake for 45 minutes. Top with chopped parsley if you’d like and serve!

  •  As a shortcut, you can use leftover rotisserie chicken in this recipe.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley, basil, or green onions to add to the visual appeal of this dish.
  • Skip the Cajun seasoning if you are not a fan of spice.
