  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Add in ⅓ cup of oil.
  • In a large bowl, mix the cake mix, eggs and oil until they are well combined.
  • Use a cookie scoop or tablespoon to scoop the cookie dough and place it on the cookie sheet, a few inches apart.
  • Bake cookies for 10-12 minutes or until they turn a light golden brown. h
  • Remove the cookies from the oven, and let them cool for a few minutes before moving them to a baking rack to finish cooling.
