  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a large bowl, mix oil and white and brown sugar.
  • Add eggs and vanilla to bowl with oil and sugar. Mix.
  • Slowly add flour, baking soda and baking powder to bowl with wet ingredients. Mix until dough forms.
  • Gently fold in sprinkles and mix until they are evenly distributed.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough two inches apart on baking pan.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees.
  • Remove from oven and let the cookies cool for a few minutes on baking sheet before transferring them to a wire rack to finish cooling.
