Ingredients
  

  • 3 pounds chicken breasts
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • 8 whole pepperoncini peppers keep the juice!
  • ¾ cup pepperoncini juice
  • ½ cup 1 stick butter, sliced

Instructions
 

  • Spray your slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Add onion to the bottom and place the chicken on top.
  • Sprinkle ranch mix and au jus packets over the chicken.
  • Add pepperoncini, juice, and butter slices.
  • Cook on high for 4-5 hours or low for 6-7 hours.
  • Shred chicken in the slow cooker and serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles.
