Crockpot gravy chicken is one of my go-to dishes that my family asks for again and again. You only need 3 ingredients to make it and you can serve it with a variety of sides.
In a large bowl, combine can of cream of chicken soup and one envelope of chicken gravy mix.
Add the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
Pour the mixture over the defrosted or fresh chicken breasts in the crockpot.
Cook in a slow cooker for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low.
When the chicken is cooked, shred the chicken breasts and combine with the gravy.

Notes
Use thawed chicken – Frozen works in a pinch, but it can make the gravy watery. Thawed = better flavor and texture.
Shred it right in the crockpot – Two forks, no extra dishes. The chicken soaks up all that gravy goodness.
Want more gravy? – Add a little extra mix + water or broth at the end for extra saucy vibes.
