  • Slice the croissants into pieces and set aside.
  • Spray a 9X13 baking dish with cooking spray and arrange the croissant slices in layers in the pan.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together milk, heavy cream, eggs, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Pour this custard mixture evenly over the croissants, make sure each piece is coated.
  • In a separate bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and the diced butter. Use a fork to mix and create a crumbly texture.
  • Sprinkle the crumble topping over the croissants.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • In the morning bake at 350°F (175°C) for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown and set in the center.
  • Let it to cool for a few minutes before serving.
