  • Combine all the tomatoes, onion, garlic and basil in a bowl.
  • Add 2 tablespoon balsalmic vinegar.
  • Add a pinch of salt and pepper and ¼ cup Parmesan cheese.
  • Stir together.
  • Serve as a chicken topping or on a baguette.
