- Roma tomatoes
- red onion
- garlic cloves

- extra virgin olive oil
- Balsamic Vinegar
- salt

How to make bruschetta
Start out by dicing your tomatoes and red onion. Then mince the garlic clove and add the three ingredients to a medium bowl. I use this chopper and it saves me so much time in the kitchen!
Next, it's time to chop your fresh basil. I just love the smell of basil as it's being chopped. It fills the kitchen with a wonderful aroma.
Add the basil to the bowl that contains the tomatoes, onions and garlic. Mix all the ingredients together in the bowl.
Drizzle in 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, plus a pinch of salt and pepper and ¼ cup Parmesan cheese.
Stir the tomato mixture together until they are well combined.
And that's it, your easy bruschetta is done and you are ready for some easy entertaining.
