    Frequently asked questions

How do I store this bruschetta appetizer?

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. This will taste best if you eat it right after you make it.

    Can I serve bruschetta warm?

You can, especially if you are using it as a topping for chicken. If you are serving it as an appetizer or topping for bread, I prefer it cold.

I don't have roma tomatoes. What other tomatoes can I use in bruschetta?

I think roma tomatoes make the best bruschetta, but plum tomatoes work well too.

Can this be made ahead and refrigerated for later. I am thinking of doing it in the morning to be served that evening.
