    Ingredients

    • Roma tomatoes 
    • red onion 
    • garlic cloves
    • fresh basil leaves
    • extra virgin olive oil
    • Balsamic Vinegar
    • salt
    • black pepper
    • parmesan cheese grated

    How to make bruschetta

    Start out by dicing your tomatoes and red onion. Then mince the garlic clove and add the three ingredients to a medium bowl. I use this chopper and it saves me so much time in the kitchen!

    Next, it's time to chop your fresh basil. I just love the smell of basil as it's being chopped. It fills the kitchen with a wonderful aroma.

    Add the basil to the bowl that contains the tomatoes, onions and garlic. Mix all the ingredients together in the bowl.

    Drizzle in 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, plus a pinch of salt and pepper and ¼ cup Parmesan cheese.

    Stir the tomato mixture together until they are well combined.

    And that's it, your easy bruschetta is done and you are ready for some easy entertaining.

    I love serving this easy bruschetta recipe with some sliced French bread loaf or Italian baguette slices.

    You can also serve this bruschetta as a topping for a chicken dish. It takes a blah chicken breast up a notch!

    Ingredients

    • 6 Roma tomatoes diced
    • ½   cup red onion diced
    • 3 cloves garlic minced
    • ¼   cup fresh basil chopped
    • ¼   cup extra virgin olive oil
    • 2 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
    • ¼   teaspoon salt
    • ¼   teaspoon black pepper
    • ¼ cup parmesan cheese grated

    Instructions

    • Dice your tomatoes and onion.
    • Mince the garlic.
    • Chop your fresh basil.
    • Combine all the tomatoes, onion, garlic and basil in a bowl.
    • Add 2 tablespoon balsalmic vinegar.
    • Add a pinch of salt and pepper and ¼ cup Parmesan cheese.

      Can this be made ahead and refrigerated for later. I am thinking of doing it in the morning to be served that evening.
