  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and spray cooking spray in an 8x8 casserole dish.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, sour cream, milk, ground mustard, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Pour the egg mixture into the prepared casserole pan.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  • Bake for 40 minutes or until the casserole is set and lightly golden on top.
  • You can add some chopped green onions to the top of the casserole for garnish.
