How to Make Tinkerbell Slime Without Borax

Make your own magical Tinkerbell slime without borax! This fun and safe recipe is perfect for kids and uses easy-to-find ingredients. Add glitter, sequins, and toys to create a sparkly, hands-on activity everyone will love.

Materials

  • 1 airtight container
  • 1 5 oz bottle of clear glue
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon contact solution
  • Food coloring
  • Green extra fine glitter
  • Green sequins
  • Tinkerbell embellishments
  • Small bowl

Instructions

  • Pour a 5 oz bottle of clear glue into a bowl.
  • Add ½ cup of water to the glue and mix well.
  • Add a few drops of green food coloring and stir.
  • Mix in ½ teaspoon of baking soda.
  • Add green glitter and stir until combined.
  • Stir in green sequins and Tinker Bell toys.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of contact solution and mix. The slime will start to form.
  • Knead the slime until it is no longer sticky.
  • Store in an airtight container when not in use.

Notes

  • Mix glue and water well for a smooth, consistent slime base.
  • Adjust the glitter and sequins to your sparkle preference, but start small!
  • If it’s sticky, keep kneading. It’ll turn stretchy with time.
Please supervise your kids when making slime and have them wash their hands when they are done playing. This is not edible.
