Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Ground pork sausage
  • 1 ½ teaspoon Mustard powder
  • 4 eggs large
  • 2 cups milk
  • 5 ounces garlic and cheese croutons
  • 8 ounces Cheddar cheese shredded

Instructions
 

  • In a skillet, brown sausage and make sure to drain the excess grease.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the mustard powder, eggs, and milk until well combined.
  • Add the cooked sausage, croutons, and cheese to the bowl, stirring to make sure everything is evenly distributed.
  • Pour into a greased baking dish, cover and store in the refrigerator.
  • The next morning, cover in foil, bake in an oven preheated to 350 degrees F for 45 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 325, uncover and bake for another 20 minutes.
