  • Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Place a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet.
  • Slice the cheese slices into four squares and place on the lined pan. 
  • Top each cheese slice with a slice of pepperoni. 
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and lift parchment paper and place on a cooling rack. Allow the crisps to cool for a few minutes before serving.
