🥣Ingredient Notes
- Mozzarella Cheese Slices - I used an 8oz package.
- Pepperoni slices - You can buy prepackaged slices or slice your own.

📋How to Make Pepperoni Mozzarella Crisps
STEP 1: Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Lay a piece of parchment paper over a baking sheet.
STEP 2: Slice the cheese slices into four squares and place on the lined pan. Make sure to leave a few inches of space between the mozzarella slices on the baking sheet, so they can crisp up without sticking together.

STEP 3: Top each cheese slice with a slice of pepperoni.

STEP 4: Bake for 8-10 minutes. Be sure to keep an eye on the crisps as they cook, to make sure they don't burn.
STEP 5: Remove from oven and lift parchment paper and place on a cooling rack. Allow the crisps to cool for a few minutes before serving.
