  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured flat surface and cut into strips about an inch wide and 11-12 inches in length.
  • Place 6-8 pepperonis onto the strips of pizza crust, leaving some dough at the end.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly on the pepperoni.
  • Tightly roll the filled strips up into a rose shape starting from one of the long ends.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  • Let cool a bit. Serve with dipping sauce.

  • Try experimenting with different kinds of cheese like cheddar or provolone in place of the mozzarella.
  • If you are serving these as an appetizer you can arrange them on a platter with the dipping sauce in the middle.
