Line your pan with parchment paper for easy removal and cutting of the finished fudge.
Melt the chocolate chips using the double boiler, which helps to prevent the white chocolate from hardening.
Pour the melted chooclate into a bowl and then pour the sweetened condensed milk into the melted chocolate.
Add two drops each of red and blue food coloring, then pour the fudge mixture into the pan. The colors will swirl as you pour.
Top with sprinkles and gently press them into the fudge.
Freeze for 30 minutes, then remove from the freezer. Lift the parchment paper to easily release the fudge.

Notes
Good quality white chocolate really makes a difference for a smooth, creamy texture.
Melting chocolate can be a bit tricky, so I love using a double boiler for this recipe – it’s a game-changer that keeps the chocolate smooth and prevents it from hardening!
