  • Line your pan with parchment paper for easy removal and cutting of the finished fudge.
  • Melt the chocolate chips using the double boiler, which helps to prevent the white chocolate from hardening.
  • Pour the melted chooclate into a bowl and then pour the sweetened condensed milk into the melted chocolate.
  • Add two drops each of red and blue food coloring, then pour the fudge mixture into the pan. The colors will swirl as you pour.
  • Top with sprinkles and gently press them into the fudge.
  • Freeze for 30 minutes, then remove from the freezer. Lift the parchment paper to easily release the fudge.
  • Cut into 36 squares.
