This Skillet Chicken Alfredo Casserole Recipe is the ideal weeknight meal that brings together comfort and flavor without much fuss! It’s got tender chicken, creamy Alfredo sauce, and pasta all cooked in one skillet—talk about easy!
Break the pasta into thirds and cut the chicken into 1-inch cubes.
In a large cast iron skillet, combine the broken pasta, Alfredo sauce, chicken, Parmesan, seasonings, and chicken broth. Cover with foil and bake on the middle oven rack for 35 minutes.
After 35 minutes, take the skillet out of the oven, remove the foil, and stir the mixture.
Sprinkle mozzarella on top and return the skillet (uncovered) to the oven for another 10 minutes.
Chop the parsley and use it to garnish when finished.
