  • Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  • Break the pasta into thirds and cut the chicken into 1-inch cubes.
  • In a large cast iron skillet, combine the broken pasta, Alfredo sauce, chicken, Parmesan, seasonings, and chicken broth. Cover with foil and bake on the middle oven rack for 35 minutes.
  • After 35 minutes, take the skillet out of the oven, remove the foil, and stir the mixture.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella on top and return the skillet (uncovered) to the oven for another 10 minutes.
  • Chop the parsley and use it to garnish when finished.
