  • Preheat oven 325 degrees.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder & salt. Set aside.
  • In a stand mixer, combine brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, milk, & butter.
  • Slowly combine the dry & wet ingredients. Then add the chocolate chips.
  • Pour cookie batter into a medium sized cast iron skillet.
  • Bake for 35 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden brown.
  • Serve with ice cream & enjoy!

  • Pop the skillet in the oven for a couple minutes before adding the dough for a  crispy cookie base!
  • Use a combo of milk and semisweet or dark chocolate for extra flavor in every bite.
  • Give the cookie 10 minutes to cool before digging in.
