  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Combine cream cheese and sugar in a medium bowl. Beat with a hand mixer for 2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  • Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. Pour the strawberry pie filling into the baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Dot the strawberry filling layer with spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture.
  • Open the box of cake mix and sprinkle it evenly over the strawberry and cream cheese layer.
  • Melt the butter and pour over the cake mix layer.
  • Place the baking dish in the oven, and bake for 55-60 minutes, until the crust is golden and the filling is bubbly.
  • Carefully remove pan from oven, and cool for 15 minutes before serving.
