2 jars sundried tomato pesto ½ lb pancetta 1 - 16 ounce penne pasta one box
Cut pancetta in to squares and add to deep skillet.
Cook until pancetta is browned or looks like bacon.
Add in sundried tomato pesto. Stir well. This will incorporate the smoky flavor.
Boil pasta as directed on the box. Drain.
Toss pasta with the pesto and pancetta mixture. Top with grated Parmesan.
