Preheat the oven or toaster oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare a baking sheet by applying a light coat of cooking spray.
Carefully unroll the crescent rolls from the tube and separate them into eight individual triangles.
On the wider section of each triangle, place a folded slice of turkey. Add one tablespoon of shredded cheese on top.
Gently roll each crescent from the wider end, ensuring the filling remains inside. Seal the edges to prevent the cheese from escaping during baking.
Bake the rolls for 12 minutes.
With one minute remaining, you may sprinkle additional shredded cheese on top if desired.
Once baked, remove the rolls from the oven and allow them to cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
I prefer using the toaster oven for baking to avoid heating the entire house.
If the tops of the crescent rolls are getting too dark, you can cover the tray with foil for the rest of the cooking time.
