Tools You'll Need to Make These Grinch Bars
You don't need much to make these Christmas bars. A silicone candy bar mold (or any rectangular silicone mold) makes the shaping easy, and a microwave-safe bowl is perfect for melting the chocolate. A simple spatula is used for spreading, and a small piping bag is great for drizzling the extra chocolate.

How To Make Cute Grinch S'mores Bars
1. Melt the white chocolate: Slowly melt your wafers in the microwave according to package directions. Stir until smooth, then mix in the green food gel.
2. Build the graham cracker sandwich: Spread a layer of marshmallow cream between two graham crackers. Try to keep it in the center so it doesn't ooze out too much.

3. Assemble in mold: Spoon some melted green chocolate into the mold, then gently press the sandwich in. Cover the top with more melted chocolate until the sandwich is completely coated.

4. Freeze until firm: Place the mold in the freezer to set everything up quickly.

5. Decorate and finish: Drizzle extra melted chocolate over the top using a piping bag. Stick on a red sprinkle heart in the corner using a little melted chocolate as glue. Let dry before serving.

Tips For Grinch S'mores Bars
Tip 1: If your chocolate starts to seize up or gets too thick, add a small bit of coconut oil to loosen it up.
Tip 2: Make cleanup easy by lining your workspace with parchment paper.
Tip 3: Don't overfill the mold with melted chocolate. You want just enough to coat the sandwich.

Ingredients
- 10 oz white chocolate melting wafers I use Ghirardelli
- 4 graham cracker squares
- 2 tablespoon marshmallow creme
- 2 red candy sprinkle hearts
- 7 drops bright green food gel
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate on defrost mode in 1-minute increments, stirring in between. Once smooth, stir in the green food gel.
- Spread marshmallow cream between two graham crackers to make a sandwich.
- Add a small amount of green chocolate into a silicone mold, then place the graham sandwich in. Fill the rest of the mold with more chocolate to coat fully.
- Freeze for 5-10 minutes until firm.
- Transfer remaining chocolate into a piping or sandwich bag. Remove bars from the mold, drizzle with chocolate, and press on the red candy heart.
- Let set at room temp or chill again before serving.
Notes
- If the chocolate gets too thick or clumpy, stir in a little coconut oil to smooth it out.
- Lay down parchment paper before you start to keep cleanup quick and easy.
- Don't overfill the molds. Just a thin layer of chocolate is plenty to coat the sandwich.
